As someone who's worked with the biggest names in pop, Iggy Azalea has had an inside look into life at the top.

The 25-year-old Aussie rapper spilled to TheFIX what she's the learnt from her fellow female powerhouses – starting with her 'Pretty Girls' collaborator Britney Spears.

"I definitely think it's good to see Britney managing with the most extreme fame you could possibly ever have and being OK," Iggy told us. "That's got to be claustrophobic, I know I feel claustrophobic sometimes so to see her surviving with a fairly normal private life gives me hope."

The pair are still friends despite trading some words on Twitter about their song's lack of chart success back in June.

Professionally, Iggy says Jennifer Lopez (2014's 'Booty') taught her the most.

"I think probably the biggest person that I've taken anything away from that I've collaborated with is Jennifer," Iggy revealed. "She's just so dedicated and professional and she puts so much time into rehearsing and making sure that every element of anything that she does is perfect."

When it came to their raunchy American Music Awards performance in November 2014, which had censors freaking out, Iggy said JLo rehearsed her, erm, booty off.

"I didn't rehearse a lot, but only because I was away," Iggy said. "I wish I could have, but me being a rapper and somebody who doesn't dance, I don't necessarily put rehearsing at the top of my list of things to do and she made me rethink that."

Demi Lovato is next up on Iggy's collab roster, with a new song called 'Kingdom Come' on the former Disney star's upcoming fifth album.

"I think Demi is somebody that's come a really long way in her personal journey, body image and musically," Iggy says. "It's been really awesome watching somebody come into their own skin. I'm super proud to see where she's gone with this album and I'm excited for other people to see what's changed with her."

Speaking of pop queens, Taylor Swift is one artist Iggy is yet to work with. Would she be keen to join the lengthy line of celeb guests who've popped up on Taylor's 1989 tour?

"Yeah I'm a Swiftie," Iggy says. "Of course I would.  She's cool. If I ever see her backstage she always say 'Hi' and she's really nice. So if she asked me to do something I'd definitely do a song and come on stage with her."

Taylor, we hope you're reading this.

Iggy was in Sydney last week to launch Bonds' 100th anniversary campaign.
