30 Rock's leading man Alec Baldwin still reckons he'll leave the sitcom that's earned him two Emmy Awards when his contract expires in 2012.
"As much as I like acting, I know that I would love to have a different life... I think that doing this now for a living has become really, really hard," he told CNN, according to the AV Club. "I would rather go do other things, and whatever amount of time I have left in my life, have a normal life."
Baldwin has never been coy about his plans to depart 30 Rock: he first announced plans to quit before the second season had even premiered (right around the time he was busted calling his 11-year-old daughter a "rude, thoughtless little pig"), and in 2009 he told Playboy he wanted out.
The New York Post reports that the 52-year-old might move into politics after retiring from acting which hardly counts as a normal life.
