Does Victoria Beckham have what it takes to be a judge on the Nine Network's revamped version of Seven's Australia's Got Talent?
A report on news.com.au speculates that Posh Spice, Lily Allen and Sharon Osbourne are among the high-profile names being bandied about by casting bigwigs for the refreshed judging panel.
Nine's director of communications and public relations, Victoria Buchan, would not confirm nor deny the rumours.
"They are all just speculation by the paper," Nine's rep told TVFIX.
"There are a lot of other people being considered and at this point we won't be commenting."
The story claimed that the 38-year-old former Spice Girl is a "favourite" with casting executives, especially now that her husband's US soccer career has ended, and she has a David Jones clothing range to spruik.
Should Posh even be offered a judging role, she'd be following in the footsteps of former bandmate Scary Spice Mel B, who has found success as a judge on The X Factor Australia and co-host of Dancing with the Stars.
Former Australia's Got Talent judges Kyle Sandilands, Brian McFadden and Dannii Minogue are unlikely to return.
Forgive us for stating the obvious, but the show is called Australia's Got Talent ... so what discernible talent does Posh possess, other than wearing amazing clothes and a permanent scowl? Fire-twirling? Kissing on camera (see below vid)?
