After dramatically walking out on The Bachelor last night to pursue her netball career, 23-year-old Holly exclusively told TheFIX that her romance with Blake might not be over.
"Who knows? If it doesn't work out with Blake and his love then I might still be in the works at the end," the pro-netballer revealed. "I'm still single so, we'll see."
Holly was a favourite to win after receiving the coveted white rose during the first episode, granting her two weeks of safety in the rose ceremonies.
"I'd had more time with Blake than any other girl at that point and we really had so much in common straight away," Holly agreed. "Obviously I haven’t had a boyfriend before so I did have to be cautious and take my time."
So, with all that chemistry flying around, it must have been hard to cut ties with the 31-year-old hottie. Due to the nature of the show, Holly says that she and Blake haven't had the chance to catch up since her departure.
"I haven't been in contact with him… yet," she cryptically added.
With the final rose ceremony yet been filmed, perhaps we haven't seen the end of Holly?
In the meantime, the ambitious athlete is channelling her passion towards the netball court.
"Because I could have stayed on the show and I could have been the last girl standing, I really have to make the most of it and I don’t want to regret my decision for one moment so I have really focused and put my mind to playing the best that I can," she said.
"My family are very proud of me that I am following my dreams and I am sticking with that and I hope that other young girls can see that it is okay to follow your dreams and be single."
With herself (tentatively) out of the running, Holly is keen to see Blake end up with her BFF in the house, 27-year-old fashion designer Lisa.
"I think that she's a great person to have as a friend or as a lover," Holly said.
The Bachelor airs on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 7.30pm on Ten.
