Looks like we're not the only ones shocked by Bachelor Blake getting down on bended knee.

With promos teasing Blake's wedding proposal on Thursday's finale, last year's Bachelor winner Anna Heinrich has exclusively told TheFIX she was surprised at his decision to do so.

"For us, seeing that moment was whoa!" Anna told us. "Going through the process you know whether or not you could potentially propose. He's obviously taken a different path to us and each to their own, but for myself and Tim we just weren’t ready."

Last year's stud-muffin Tim Robards added: "There was no rush for me and we've been together for 14 months now." Which obviously means they're onto something good.

Speaking about the final week in the Bachelor house, 26-year-old Anna admits the girls would be feeling the pressure.

"For me, I just wanted to get it over and done with," she added. "The weight was lifted off my shoulders once the final rose ceremony took place, because I didn’t tell any of my friends. I'm sure whoever Blake ends up with just wants it to be over so they can get on with their life."

As for the Blake, 30-year-old Tim believes he'd be "mentally exhausted".

"We only had three months of filming, whereas they have four," he said. "I was knackered physically, mentally and emotionally so I can imagine they would be feeling the same.

"I'm guessing this week, Blake would be relieved and excited. I got to the end and was closed off, I didn’t make any decisions till the final night. In saying that, in the back of your head you know who your frontrunner is but you're trying to deny it."

The most important question of all – who do the reality TV couple want to see on the arm of the Perth-based real estate agent?

"They're all nice, but Louise is my favourite," Tim added. "She seems the most chilled and upfront."

Anna on the other hand, is #TeamLisa: "I can relate most to her, because she's quite out there. I met a few of them the other week and they're all really nice girls. Unless you get to meet them, you don't really know who they are."

Regardless who takes home the final rose (and that diamond sparkler,) the loved-up couple are excited for one thing.

"We just want it to be over so we can go on double dates!" Anna said.

Two Bachelors in the same room? Our brains are overloading.
