Emma Watson's age-defying looks got her stopped by officials at New York's John F Kennedy airport recently, because they thought the Harry Potter star was an unaccompanied minor.

"Passport control: 'unaccompanied minor?' Me: 'sorry?' Passport control: 'where is [yo]ur guardian?' Me: 'I'm 22!!!!!!!' #neverwearingabackpackagain," Emma tweeted.

"The really sad thing is that this is not the first time this has happened," she joked.

Enjoy it while it lasts Emma, you'll be begging for that kind of mix-up in 10 years.

The actress plays a high school student in coming-of-age film The Perks of Being a Wallflower, but in real life the actress studies at Brown University in the US.
