Kate Winslet, 37, has married Richard Branson's nephew, Ned Rocknroll, 34, in a secret ceremony, her rep has confirmed.
Kate’s rep told People magazine, "I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned Rock'nRoll in New York earlier this month in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family”.
"The couple had been engaged since the summer."
According to British media reports, the bride’s Titanic co-star and long-time friend Leonardo DiCaprio walked her down the aisle.
The ceremony was kept so secret that the couple’s parents didn't even know about it. Naww!!
We don’t know what’s cuter, Jack letting go of Rose yet again or the fact that her husband’s legal surname is actually “Rocknroll.”
Wait til you hear how they met…
In August 2011, Winslet and Rocknroll (more like RocknLOL) were on the same Caribbean island owned by Richard Branson when a fire broke out and Winslet rescued Branson's 90-year-old mother.
The two have been dating ever since.
Winslet previously was married to Sam Mendes and Jim Threapleton.
It looks like kids Mia Honey and Joe Alfie will be battling it out in the “cool name” stakes with their new stepdad.
His real name’s Ned Abel Smith, by the way.
