Dressed in a terrible turtleneck at the LA premiere of Oblivion last night, Tom Cruise said that he would let six-year-old daughter Suri follow in his footsteps in Hollywood.

"All my kids [can]," Tom told Entertainment Tonight when asked if he'd let them become actors.

"What I do is try to find out what they're interested in and support them in that. There's no pressure. I'm lucky. I love what I do.

"I think with them, it's just find out what you want to do and support it."

The 50-year-old actor added that he will support them in whichever career they choose.

Tom has two children with ex-wife Nicole Kidman — Connor, 18 and Isabella, 20 — as well as young Suri with his most recent ex-wife Katie Holmes.

The Mission Impossible star also spoke to reporters about how he got ripped for his sexy shirtless scene in Oblivion.

"I've trained my whole life," he said. "I don't sleep that much. Some of those days it was like an hour, two hours sleep. You just go hard."

So why the daggy turtleneck, Tom? We want to see the evidence of all that hard work!
