British supermodel Cara Delevingne is often dubbed "the new Kate Moss" for her global catwalk domination, but she may be inheriting another of Kate's notorious habits.
The 20-year-old blonde was photographed outside her London home last week dropping a plastic sachet of white powder that looked suspiciously like cocaine. Not that we're saying it's cocaine, of course. Perhaps it's just powdered sugar for her tea? Or a crushed painkiller for a headache? Or some leftover washing powder?
The UK's Sun newspaper published the photos, and sought urgent feedback from one of Cara's so-called friends.
"Cara's the biggest name in fashion right now. But she's also become a massive name on the party circuit just like Kate," one buddy told the rag.
"People are beginning to worry she's overdoing it and that it could end up risking her health."
A photographer at the scene of The Great Not-Cocaine Drop of 2013 told The Sun that Cara was "really giggly" as she fumbled for her keys to her apartment, with a friend by her side.
"Suddenly Cara dropped something and bent over to pick it up. Very discreetly, she just put her foot on it and then rolled her handbag across so it looked like she was just kind of bending over," the pap said.
"The friend kept saying, 'Can you stop taking pictures?' The friend definitely realised they were in trouble once that little packet had dropped on the ground."
Cara, who is openly bisexual, had just been partying the night before with pop star BFF Rita Ora at Beyoncé's O2 Arena concert, followed by a jaunt at a Soho nightclub. View their party pics in the video below:
